On Thursday 11th February, class 1 took the mini buses to Penlee House Gallery, in Newlyn. After we got in, we went into a beautiful room filled with amazing paintings. A lady called Sue warned us about how if we touched the paintings, they could swing or break. After that, she started talking about how fishwives used to pose for an artist's paintings and earn money. Then, Sue started talking about her 'relative' Betsy Lanyon, a fish wife who who was in a majority of artist Walter Langley's paintings.
