Our Sports Leaders play an important role at Bodriggy. They help to promote sport and physical activity around the school in many different ways: they give talks in assembly, lead activities (such as competition afternoons), put up displays, run clubs for younger children and help to maintain the sports equipment. The group changes throughout the year to give lots of Year 6 children the opportunity. Our first group in 2022-2023 (pictured above) ran popular active lunchtime clubs for Year 1 and 2 children, while our second group (below) created their own carousel of activities to support the children in EYFS in their weekly PE lessons.
